The Skirball EM lab is located on the 2nd floor of the Skirball Institute. The space and equipment is shared with the Image Core facility. This set of pages contain technical information related to cryoelectron microscopy and 3D image reconstruction of macromolecular complexes. The primary users are from the Stokes Lab and are involved in applications of cryoelectron microscopy of 2D crystals and electron tomography of cellular tissues.

The NYSBC EM lab is also used by the Stokes Lab. Although the public web site has basic information, the TWiki site maintained by NYSBC is a rich source of information. Although this TWiki site is password protected, anyone may create an account by registering. After registration you may visit the TWiki EM facility page.
