Trouble Shooting: Cryo tube sweating or feel very cold.

When you see sweat on the tube, especially near the turning corner, you are having a bad vacuum for the tube. Pump the tube. Also, if you feel uneven temperature along the length of the tube (usually it's colder near where the seal is), even if you do not see sweating, the tube vaccum is getting bad and you may consider doing the same.
