Trouble Shooting: Dirty Anode

1. The anode has been used for too long since last polish. This usually results in a black (but uniform) apprearance of the drum. Polish the anode.

2. If water marks are seen on anode, minor water leak happened inside the tube (can't be major leak because it would result in a complete shut down of the machine). It could be the water seal or the magnetic seal cassette in the anode assembly. Then change water seal or change magnetic seal cassette.

3. If the groove on the drum becomes too deep, it may hide some particles in it. Then you should also polish the anode.
