Function Controls for R-AXIS IIC

The key function controls for an R-AXIS IIC machine include a chill water system, vacuum system, x-ray generation, optical system, and data collection system. You can go to individual pages to check-out these sub-systems, but before that you should get a basic sense how to start the machine from main power off and when you go through the process what you should expect. For that purpose, you may want to go through the "virtual operation" below, which shows the steps from turning on the main power until you get an x-ray and the things you should expect in each step if everything works the way it should. At the end of the "virtual operation," you'll know what to see next.
After the "virtual operation," you may want to come back to this page and check out the common problems you may encounter.
