To report a new problem and start
a support case or check the status of existing case please login
to Jobtracker with
your Saturn username and password.
You can search the Help pages: type in
what you're looking for and click Search. For instance:

| You can also
browse the topics: use the drop-down menus to navigate the site.
First, select the category
of topics
from the top menu and then choose the subtopic from the bottom
menu and click the Go! button. The contents of the bottom menu
will change as you pick categories from the top menu. New topics,
FAQs and useful links are listed in the sidebar on the right. |

| If you are new
to Skirball please take your time and browse the help pages and
familiarize yourself with our web
tools and other topics on this page (new stuff and FAQs are
listed on the right) before approaching us or Media
Services staff with questions. These pages contain information
on most common procedures from configuring your mail, dealing
with stuck Zip disks, to installing new ports and requesting an
IP address as well as some general information and helpful links
to some NYU pages as well as some useful external web sites. |

and set up an appointment. |

member of Skirball Institute and you can't find answers to your
support related questions on these pages or need further assistance
then contact
us via e-mail. If you have questions about Digital Media Center
services (posters, slides, Fujix, video, access to Titan, etc.)
make sure you read their web
