Antivirus Software and Help
It's critical to protect your computer from viruses, worms, trojans and other nasties. While Macs are generally not targeted by those you can still pass the virus to other people even though your Mac doesn't get infected. If you have a PC antivirus software is a must. It's nearly guaranteed that you will catch a virus within few days if your PC is not protected.

NYU SoM licensed automated Sophos installation for Mac and Windows
You can also run this Windows .bat file from Saturn, it'll install Sophos Automated Update, then choose Update All from the tray icon.
Skirball IT Virex for Mac OS9 - no longer available: out of date, get Sophos instead
AVG Antivirus - free fo personal use, antivirus software for Windows, if you can't get anything else.
Zone Alarm - free for personal use, personal firewall software for Windows.
