OSX Login Items In order to make a server volume mount automatically under Mac OSX you need to add them to your Login Items. You can also add any program or file to launch automatically after you log in to your Mac. Click on your Apple Menu in the upper left corner and go to System Preferences. Click on the Login Items control panel. Drag and drop your volume, program or file into the Login Items window. It will be added to the list of the items that will launch automatically after you log in to your Mac.
