Skirball IT Job Tracker Home

The Skirball IT Job tracker provides a way for people with IT related problems in the Skirball Institute to report them and check up on the progress of problem resolution.

This tool enables you do to the following:

• Check Ticket Status: Check on the status of a problem report. It gives you access to a transaction log related to the problem you reported.

• Report new problem: Open up a new support call for help with desktop, server, or email problems.

• Tool feedback: Leave feedback about this tool so that it can be improved upon.
