For my undergraduate thesis I studied the effects of HIV infection on the proteasome, a cellular complex integral to antigen processing and presentation.

Currently, I am helping Jun screen for regulators of RORgamma, a nuclear hormone receptor important for Th17 cell differentiation.

I hope to go to graduate school in 2010. I would be interested in studying HIV, antigen processing and presentation, dendritic cells, immune tolerance, autoimmunity, or some combination of these topics.
