ATF4 translational control reporter plasmids

ATF4 Glycerol Stocks

These plasmids were used in Phoebe Lu’s paper: Lu PD, Harding HP and Ron D. 2004. Translation re-initiation at alternative open reading frames regulates gene expression in an integrated stress response. J Cell Biol. 167:27-33.

Important Note: These pEGFP-based plasmids have NEOr marker (and not the conventional AMPr marker). They should be propagated in the presence of 30mcg/ml kanamycin (and not on ampicillin).
