Higher magnification image of a cell-cell interface in the mouse lymph node. An accumulation of organelles such as mitochondria, rough ER, golgi, and a centriole is noticable in one cell. This accumulation of organelles is similar to the in vitro image of the T lymphocyte on the lipid bilayer.
