Current Research
Our research interests include developing new mathematical, statistical, data mining and physical approaches to analyze a variety of high throughput genomics and proteomics experimental data. This involves methodologies for preprocessing and integrating heterogeneous data, pattern recognition and more detailed studies of multi gene/protein interactions. We are working closely with the genomics and proteomics laboratories at the NYU School of Medicine and at Yale University. |
